A: We regret that we do not currently offer this service.

Q: How do I obtain a copy of my invoice for an order placed online?

Q: Can I make changes to my order once placed?

However, if your order has progressed to the dispatching process, we will be unable to cancel it. In this instance you may return your goods to us using the return form provided in your order package.

Q: Can I add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to your order. If you wish to purchase more items from our website, an additional order will have to be placed.

Q: How do I find out if more stock is coming in on a sold out item/size?

A: Some of our products do sell out quickly and some of these may come back into stock. If you have any queries about a product and wish to know if it is likely to come back into stock please contact our customer service team indicating product code and size required. 

Q: You have confirmed my order, but I have received an email saying that the item is out of stock. Why is this?

A: Unfortunately, if an item has low amounts of stock, and other shoppers have the item in their basket, some may complete the payment process quicker, which can result in an item being ordered when it has just sold out. We regret any inconvenience in the rare cases where this happens, and will contact you and refund your account.
